Spiral Guard for protector Hose offers good insulation and abrasion protection for wires, cables, hoses, pipes andtubing.


Hydraulic Hose Guard Features:
1. Exceptional anti-crushing performance, stress cracking resistance, load beraing strength.
2. Resistant to acids, oils and solvents.
3. High abrasion resistance.
4. UV resistance
5. Proven in arduous conditions
6. Self lubricating to reduce wear on hoses and calbes
7. Suitable for wrapping single or multiple hose bundles. Fit most types of hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial hose assemblies
8. Excellent for use in temperature ranges of -40 ~ +150 Centigrade
9. Spiral design makes it easily fitted on site without removal of rubber hoses
10. Greatly extends the working life of hydraulic hoses


Technical Requirement:
1. Exterior surface: Smoothly, No starving crack scuff and burr, No patency foaming and uneven, No inclusion.
2. Spiral guard color: Black, Yellow, Green, Gray, Red, Blue...
3. Temperature resistance: The sample cannot be cracked and deformation when put it in heat-box at 80 celsius. 4. Tensile Strength: 25MPa at normal temperature, 30MPa at -40 celsius.
5. Impact Strength: 35KJ/sqm at normal temperature, 5KJ/sqm at -40 celsius.
6. Impact Strength: Not breakage.
7. Rockwell temperature(R): 100 C
